At MomBee.pk, we understand that when you're shopping for your little one, timely and reliable delivery matters. We carefully prepare every order to ensure it reaches you safely and in excellent condition.

Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During sales, promotional events, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major Cities: 2–4 business days
  • Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, courier operations, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

We occasionally offer Free Shipping on eligible orders during promotions or when a minimum order value is met. Any such offers will be clearly communicated on our website.

Order Confirmation

To ensure accurate delivery, our Customer Care team may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch.

If we are unable to reach you after reasonable attempts, your order may be delayed or cancelled.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive your shipment details via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or your courier's tracking service (where available).

If you require assistance tracking your parcel, our Customer Care team will be happy to help.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners generally make more than one delivery attempt.

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • the delivery address is incorrect,
  • the recipient is unavailable,
  • the parcel is repeatedly refused,

the shipment may be returned to MomBee.pk. Additional shipping charges may apply if the order needs to be dispatched again.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for most locations across Pakistan.

For selected high-value orders, remote locations, or at our discretion, we may request partial or full advance payment before dispatch.

Parcel Inspection

For the security of both our customers and our business:

  • Please inspect the outer packaging upon delivery.
  • If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, kindly inform the courier immediately and contact MomBee.pk as soon as possible.
  • Any claims regarding damaged or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.

Multiple Items

If your order contains multiple products, they are usually shipped together.

In certain circumstances, items may be delivered separately to ensure faster delivery.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted courier partners, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Public holidays
  • Severe weather
  • Political unrest
  • Road closures
  • Courier operational issues
  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

We appreciate your patience should any unexpected delays occur.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address, phone number, and recipient details are accurate before placing your order.

MomBee.pk cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
